Innovate Now: 19 companies focused on Assistive Technologies have been selected for the Round 1 shortlist
We are glad to announce that Innovate Now has completed the 1st round of selection. We received 30 applications from 7 countries around the world. A majority of our applicants were from Kenya, with a total of 22 followed by the US with a total of 3 and one each from UK, Bulgaria, Nigeria Ghana and Tanzania.
A total of 19 ventures made the cut for round two selection, where they will pitch in a final that will deliver the 1st cohort of Innovate Now slated to kick off in late October. The following is the list of ventures that made the cut to round two:

Round 1 finalist will proceed to pitch in a round two final to deliver the 1st cohort for Innovate Now. The finalist will be announced on 15th October 2019.
